Fill out the Therapy Dog Team Request Form to request therapy dog visits for your organization. While we can’t guarantee visits for your clients, we’ll do our best to make therapy dog magic happen.

We’re sorry, but we cannot respond to requests for visits in private residences. Because of insurance restrictions, our teams cannot visit in private homes including in-home hospice care, and we are not able to make referrals for that type of visit.
